Job Description:
* The role will be reporting directly to the President
* Meet or exceed sales targets established for the Marketing Department monthly and annually
* Source business from new and old clients
* Develops and appraises overall marketing/sales program. Ensures that sales performance are being monitored and necessary actions to maximize overall sales volumes are being implemented
* Coordinates with production on sales forecast and commitments
* Ensure completion of requirement from clients before processing
* Prepare proposals and contracts subject to the approval of the President
* Performs quality check with regard to all documentations coming out of the department
* Assists in administering and enforcing the Companys nationwide sales policies and strategies
* Develops short and long-term marketing and pricing strategies; adjust marketing strategies to reflect changing market conditions
* Promotes positive relations with the clients
* Develops, coaches and motivates the marketing team, conducts performance reviews on a regular basis, ensure the teams knowledge and competencies grow to match the evolving needs of the appraisal and valuation market
Qualifications:
* Degree from a four-year, reputable College or University in a related business field. MBA strongly preferred
* Advanced professional real estate designation with minimum of 10 years experience in real estate industry or sales experience
* Proven leadership and management skills in dealing with complex projects and personnel situations
* Skilled in modeling company core values and fostering a collaborative team in a company culture of excellence
* Excellent human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with Clients, Vendors and stakeholders
* Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
