Our client company is seeking experienced quality engineer to be the technical resource for Quality initiatives and to implement the process/product changes following APQP process.

You must be willing to:
Lead problem solving team to analyze/resolve internal/external issues
Lead/participate scrap reduction/process improvement projects
Participate in Design Reviews/PFMEA/Control Plan development/plan appropriate actions to reduce RPN
New product/process launch validation through APQP
Understand process variation/take preventive measures
Perform compliance/system effectiveness audits
Ensure compliance to IATF Standards
Track/Report Quality KPIs

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Engineering Degree (Certified preferred)
Certified IATF Internal Auditor preferred
3+ years experience working as a Quality Engineer
Knowledge of manufacturing/machining/heat treatment/assembly processes
Extensive knowledge of AIAG Core Tools/Process Capability Studies & Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Knowledge of SAP, SQL & minitab
Excellent Problem Solving Skills (Shainin preferred)
