1025% travel possible during industrialization phases

Experience 1015 years working in new offer creation following APQP methodologies
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or related Engineering field.
CQE or any other ASQ certifications Six Sigma Green/Black belt VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.
Supplier Qualification and Development Displays advanced proficiency in challenging scenarios and provides guidance to others in the domains of Quality Standards and Regulation Supplier Auditing and Compliance Supply Chain Risk Management Analytics & Statistical Problem Solving 8D Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Preventive Action Advanced) Supplier Approval and Qualification PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) APQP ASQ Core Industrialization Planning Quality Tools (PFMEA Control Plans MSA SPC PokaYoke GD&T CTQ/CTP management) and Nonconformance Management including Rework and Repair.
Quality Control and Inspection Recognized as an expert and can coach others in the areas of Measurement Tools and Techniques Incoming Quality Control PokaYoke OK 1st Part Check do Check and Final inspection & Temporary Quality Walls.
Continuous Improvement Advanced competencies and can train others in CI tools like 8D VSM A3 RedX Kata QRCI and Kaikaku.
