Roles: Multiple Role available within the technology realm of PMO and focus on call centers, Contracts, Government Markets (Medicare) & EOBS
The successful person in this role will:
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity with high impact to the enterprise.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects and delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resources needs, and performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality timeline issues appropriately.
- Track key projects milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Assist Program Manager(s) in order to lead and direct high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
- Assemble project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of a project.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Develop and proactively manage detailed issues and risk management plans, reflects contingencies and relater required efforts in schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, other related fields, or equivalent work experience
- Project Management certification (PMP) or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required
- 7 or more years of related work experience
- 5 or more years of experience managing projects
- Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
