Chief Operating Officer Opportunity
Elkhart, IN
If you are an ambitious, career-oriented, operations manager this could be a career changing position for you. There is a strong team in place in product design, sales/marketing, and finance, but looking for a person with good leadership skills to head up the operations side of this manufacturing plant. This role is considered a CEO in training role. The company is owned by a successful holding company that offers their Executive team ownership going forward.
Ideal Attributes and Experience
- Minimum of ten years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Bachelors degree in business management, engineering, or similar discipline
- Excellent leadership and operations experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Hands on leader that sets a good example for staff
- Puts emphasis on product quality and customer service
- Continuous Improvement skills
