Job Description:
*Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts with upselling and cross-selling of products
*Meets and exceeds sales targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department
*Conducts and reports the number of sales leads set by the management
*Maintains records of customer details/sales calls and visits
*Identifies potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursues the realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company
*Regularly touches base with existing accounts, gathering feedback and develop additional new revenue streams
*Negotiates with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize revenues and profits
*Supports and works closely with Operations on the execution of new sales acquisitions and retention of accounts
*Assimilates market information and takes part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings
*Responsible for managing his/her sales activities, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting our products and services to all prospective end-users
*Creates, develops, and implements sales strategies in line with the organization's goals
Requirements and Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field.
*Experience in consumer sales for at least one (1) year
*Understanding of Solutions Selling process and its dynamics.
*Sales skills and/or proven ability to sell
*Aggressive and highly motivated to exceed monthly/annual gross revenue targets
*Experience in sales planning and sales strategies
*Dedication to providing customer satisfaction
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
*Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
*Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*Strong presentation skill is an advantage
*Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
