As our team continues to expand, we are looking for new Trainee Recruiters to join us in our office in Gozo, Malta on the 10th of January.
In short, the role of a Trainee Recruiter is an exciting and dynamic career step, and at SpotOn Connections we are a team of self-motivated, driven, and ambitious individuals.
We work in a fast paced, target driven environment with a strong support system, offering industry leading training and helping you to develop into a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist.
What is the role?
- Advertisement of available job opportunities on various websites and social media platforms
- Developing and building relationships with a network of job searchers
- Identifying vacancies available to candidates through questioning
- Interviewing candidates for relevant job opportunities
- Providing advice to candidates on salaries and career opportunities
- Assisting candidates with preparing for interviews
Once all of this is completed and your candidate joins the company, you CELEBRATE!
What do you need to be a successful Recruiter?
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Energetic, outgoing and dynamic personality
- Professional and personal approach
- Motivated to achieve targets and be goal oriented
- An eagerness to succeed
Skills and knowledge can be taught, the most important thing is your PERSONALITY and MOTIVATION to the role.
