Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding candidates and managing client relationships.

We are looking for someone with an established network strong LinkedIn presence excellent communication and presentation skills and experience using recruitment tools such as Teamtailor (ATS). You should be hungry for success and eager to build your career in a fastpaced growthoriented environment.

Location: Hybrid Birkirkara

Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Manage the hiring process from identifying what the client truly needs sourcing the right candidates to onboarding successful candidates.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understand their hiring requirements provide regular updates and present qualified candidates.
    Leverage your network job boards social media and referrals to attract highquality candidates and even clients
    Review CVs conduct interviews and assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
    Work closely with clients to understand their needs provide market insights and build genuine relationships they can rely on.
    Schedule and manage interviews and evaluations as required.
    Ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for multiple roles across various industries and new roles as you build up your desk.
    Provide honest as well as timely feedback to both candidates and clients ensuring a positive recruitment experience no matter the outcome
    Track and analyse key metrics (e.g. timetofill sourcing channels) and ensure compliance with regulations.
    Stay updated on recruitment best practices industry trends and legal requirements.
    Collaborate with other recruiters to share ideas strategies and build your desk.

Requirements:

    13 years of recruitment experience preferably within the iGaming industry.
    A strong professional network and LinkedIn presence.
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically Teamtailor.
    Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to manage multiple roles prioritize effectively and stay organized.
    Ambitious driven and eager to build and maintain a client base.
    High attention to detail and commitment to administrative excellence.
