Position Summary
Responsible for the oversight of HCP Digital and Non-Personal Promotional Workstreams in support of a recent product launch in the Emergency Department / EMS space; development of and assistance with preparations to support promotional tactics for soon to be launched line-extensions. All initiatives are being developed with the intended outcome of addressing the opioid overdose crisis in a productive and positive way.

Essential Functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic agreement and accomplish complex deliverables (i.e., creative asset development, project prioritization, brand communications, agency management)
- Cultivate new approaches to reach HCPs and important partners within a wide array of settings and channels
- Responsible for content development and execution including:
- Development of core promotional materials (digital and print assets)
- Oversight of the development of non-personal promotional materials
- Presentation of proposed marketing tactics for approval through the required internal medical, regulatory, and law review processes
- Oversight of outside agencies and other consultants to meet expected project objectives; maintain accountability of project scope, timelines, and budget
- Monitoring of products, marketplace, and competitor trends and issues to anticipate/identify threats and opportunities; make recommendations and develop tactics to respond to threats and opportunities
- Performance of other duties as requested or required.
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or related experience in US
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, promotional compliance, and medical review processes
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Agency management skills (i.e., project plans, budgeting)
