Responsibilities
Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration program
Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone
Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends of Immigration options and programs for Canada and Quebec
Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner
Skills Required
Good communication skills, with an enthusiasm in learning
Knowledge of Canadian immigration process/ laws will be an added advantage
Should be able to work on Excel and create reports
Team skills and strong relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Any Graduation or Post Graduation
Should be a good team player
Can work efficiently with minimum supervision
