Title: Senior Test Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

1. Develop/Build test strategy document.
2. Review user requirements specifications, business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, etc.,
3. Build and document test cases.
4. Analyze test results and provide feedback.
5. Traceability of business requirements keeping track of new requirements / change in requirements of the project and ensuring all requirements have been met by vendor deliverable.
6. Coordinate with Center of Excellence and Project teams to make sure we are aligned with processes or standards
7. Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
8. Ensure documentation from user requirements through to UAT business sign off.
9. Ensure all defects are entered and tracked to resolution in the appropriate tracking systems.
10. Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (daily, weekly etc.) to Internal stakeholders as required.
11. Act as the single point of contact for testing activities between internal stakeholders and vendor teams.
12. Review various reports prepared by vendor testing team.
13. Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
14. Reporting - Track and prepare the report of testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
15. Manage and Execute System Integration Testing.
16. Manage and Support User Acceptance Testing
