Job Description
The Industrial Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development implementation and management of engineering projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing ods operations and processes. Partnering closely with Operations Design Engineering and Automation Engineering Industrial Engineers drive initiatives to improve efficiency reduce costs enhance product quality and increase productivity while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities
Align processes measurements standards and efforts with a primary focus on safety delivery quality and cost.
Utilize a strong ytical approach to problemsolving developing costeffective solutions to operational challenges.
Oversee installation and process improvement projects driving productivity and technology enhancements.
Ensure all project ignments are completed within elished scope budget and schedule utilizing critical thinking and problemsolving ss to drive operational excellence.

Organization:Coordinate and communicate technical information effectively creating easytoreference doentation.
Prioritization:Manage multiple priorities effectively to realize results and drive continuous improvement.
Influential:Evaluate complex decisions educate and motivate others to gain alignment through effective storytelling.
Everyday Impact:
Elish strategic partnerships across internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on solutions.
Provide datadriven insights to influence business strategies and drive impactful business decisions.
Elish scorecards and KPI reporting to drive throughput productivity and engineering standards.
Partner with supply chain teams to develop new tools and processes enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compatibility of tooling equipment and processes with the entire value stream optimizing work cell development and ods.
Promote company mission values and ethics providing direction and training to uphold compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
3 years of handson experience with automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
Strong initiative and willingness to adapt in ambiguous situations with the ability to influence peers and drive .
