Analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders.
Collaborating with product teams to determine/confirm content.
Working to gather customer DR processes/policies and make refinements.
Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements.
Works to provide documentation back to stakeholders to ensure policies are correctly interpreted.
Solid understanding or Agile and Atlassian suite of products. Agile-based methodologies.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of technical and business knowledge and can learn about our business quickly
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
