Head of Product - Digital Health

Everything changes with HealthCaters - an AI-powered personal health platform that uses hard data to predict and manage health risks. We help you unblackbox your health and make smarter lifestyle choices. Our mission to democratise preventive care globally.

We were founded in February 2021 and raised 2 rounds of VC funding. Since then we ve grown in size, and we re working hard to build our platform. We would love to see you as a Head of Product in our team. This position is a leadership role as you will be the main person leading the development of our product. By joining us now, you will be one of our key employees and will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of preventive health, hands-on.

Tasks

• Defining the product strategy and setting up the Product Roadmap together with the Founders and CTO
• Taking on full ownership of the product goals and driving their execution
• Digging deep and identifying the real questions that need to be asked of our B2B and B2C customers
• Having a big picture approach combined with a hands-on approach to do PM s daily work
• Setting up the product discovery and delivery processes to effectively identify and solve customer and business problems
• Working closely with the tech team to ensure constant product enhancement and timely release delivery
• Having high demands for your own performance and the performance of teams around you

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an early-stage startup (up to 15 people)
• Good concept knowledge and practical understanding of the Product Market Fit framework
• Fluency in modern concepts of SW development and collaboration with tech teams
• Proficiency in product concepts: understanding stakeholders' needs, reading and visualizing data, preparing specs & tickets, managing feature releases, delivering the best possible user experience
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English, German is a plus
