What we do

This is a full-time, paid position + equity package

At Looks we use Mixed Reality technologies and Social Commerce to develop products that create immersive, interactive and personalized shopping experiences that make users buy better, not more.

We have recently raised our seed round by The Merantix Venture Studio and are on a quest to find and scale our product market fit. To get there faster, we are looking for entrepreneurs with experience scaling consumer mobile applications and looking for their next challenge.

Your role

As a co-founder you ll be joining a small but mighty team that is already at full speed experimenting, learning, and growing together.

• You bring your experience scaling consumer apps to add fuel to this rocketship with guidance and connections to experts, advisors, and potential new hires;
• As a leader we expect you to inspire and coach each member of your team to grow as our company does;
• You will continuously build the vision based on market insights and user needs while inspiring the team to achieve it and go beyond;
• You will join an existing founding team to take this company from seed to unicorn.

Your profile

We are looking for Berlin-based (or willing to relocate) entrepreneurs in search for their next rocketship. Ideally you have:

• +6 Years of proven experience assembling and scaling product teams in a senior role;
• A track record of building and scaling successful consumer mobile applications at a large scale;
• An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in uncertain environments, embracing the startup culture, and being aspirational and resourceful;
• An interest in fashion/lifestyle and passion to challenge the status quo.
