Brand & Promotion - Planning /Execution. Involved in ATL annual activity planning the region.

Total P&L Responsibility.

Independently management of Maharashtra State (Including Mumbai) as a business responsibility with complete P&L accountability.

Develop & implement marketing strategies, sales plans and promotional programs to achieve sales volume, revenue, profit, growth and market share targets.

Plan & execute programs for building brand awareness & recall and strong brand equity in the territory.

Evaluate reach & penetration of channel, potential for expansion and appoint resourceful distributors, dealers & retailers for effective coverage of the territory.

Monitor and control distribution & logistics costs to improve operational profitability.

Manage Maharashtra & Mumbai all Region & Depot wise administration including collections & credit control.

Develop, mentor & motivate team and maximize performance & productivity
