Job Description

Tasks

As our Office Manager, you will be assigned to multiple areas to build and maintain a sustainable office environment and oversee our administrative process:

  • Help enhance our team culture. This may include creating, planning and executing a variety of creative employee appreciation events (e.g. small wins, anniversaries, birthdays, virtual happy hours, company-wide gatherings, etc.)
  • Perform human resources coordinator duties related to recruiting, employee onboarding, IT setup, maintaining employee handbooks, and ensuring overall
    compliance
  • Provide administrative support assisting with new vendor onboarding and other
    compliance tasks
  • Assist the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records and financial documents up to date
  • Provide administrative assistance to executive staff which may include writing internal and external communications, preparing spreadsheets and presentations, managing calendars and appointments, and making travel arrangements
  • Implement and maintain office administrative systems
  • Work closely with every team member to ensure that operations are running smoothly and efficient on-site as well as in a remote office environment.
  • Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings that require writing agendas, meeting minutes, and recording action items
  • Take on projects and challenges while exercising attention to detail and
    deadlines

Requirements

  • Ability to meet deadlines and have the discretion to handle sensitive information
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Prior Experience in a comparable role is a plus
  • Working proficiency in German and English
