Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and help with the processing of requests, resolving issues and responding to colleague inquires around contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Maintain and help develop vendor assessments and performance reviews in the database as per the standard process.
  • Work with Management team on escalations and follow ups.
  • Run reports and metrics as defined by Management team.
  • Assist in the administration of various projects as defined by Management team, including enforcing compliance to the Approved Supplier Program when it is defined.
  • Address gaps in vendor records, including but not limited to phone numbers, email, banking and information.
  • Address gaps in vendor backup information and contacts.
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned, including but not limited to, tracking contract and project status.
  • Represent the perspective in engagements with third parties.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and other internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Legal)
  • Manage open contract action items and provide real-time status.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings.
  • Maintain version control of contract documents.
  • Manage contracts through the contract approval process working with internal teams, such as Procurement and/or Legal as necessary.
  • Assist with reporting and other assignments (e.g. cost saving initiatives, risk/benefit analysis, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all agreements and business strategies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc items as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g. business degree)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Some experience with meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent attention to detail (e.g., can look for mismatch/inconsistency in shared information)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Team player who can build relationships across a broad range of personalities.
  • Proactive, motivated individual who can self-manage and execute once given strategic direction.
  • Quick learner, who is eager to get up to speed quickly.
  • Great problem solving and analytical skills with solution-oriented mindset and win-win attitude.
  • Creative with ability to work within practical boundaries.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional Word skills; Working knowledge of Excel, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Ability to work remotely and support the cor`e business hours in Central Time.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
