Role & Responsibilities: Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing) Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager) Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,) Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US. Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications. Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of theclient and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites. Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. Responsible for handling different types of healthcare requirements Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement Working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements on a day today basis. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
