Job Description: As a Recruiter at Talent Shark you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring talented individuals who align with our company culture and goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting plans
  
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  
• Onboard new employees in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
  
• Promote the company s reputation as a great place to work
  
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions that accurately reflect job requirements and attract the right candidates
  
• Utilize job portals and professional networks to connect with potential candidates
  
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies when needed and manage the recruiting process for agencyrecruited positions
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding
