Our client is an internationally operating marketing agency that offers its customers attractive sweepstakes as well as individual sales promotions and provides coverage for them.
Based on a sophisticated risk management, they bear financial risks of any sales promotions with a possible over achievement, as well as of betting games, lotteries or sports bonus awards.

PROJECT MANAGER
In this exciting position you will be part of a team responsible for the professional handling of projects in risk
management. Your task is to ensure a smooth project flow.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations and contracts
- Verification of calculations
- Preparation of analyses, reports, overviews including preparation and interpretation of figures for individual projects
- Ensuring that general terms and conditions, specifications and deadlines are met
- Responsibility for adherence to the planned budget
- Control of the entire project processes
- Independent support of customers worldwide
- Ensuring an optimal flow of information between all project participants
Your profile:
- Completed studies (e.g. business law, business administration, or similar) or first professional experience in project management desired (preferably with a legal background)
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Very good understanding of numbers (especially probability calculation)
- Strong implementation skills, structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills in German and English language
- Confident appearance and assertiveness
- Service-oriented work
- Willingness to travel worldwide at times
- The ability to work in a team is not an empty phrase for you
