Job Description
Required to work onsite at least 1 day every week.
The System Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of agency systems and support for the Customer Service Center. Duties include administration of Windows and Linux servers, responding to incidents and requests, work closely with CSC Business owners to ensure problem resolution. Also responsible for support of onsite telephony equipment and networking.
Systems Engineers identify any problem in the agency systems, anticipate potential issues and take corrective action as need. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

? Troubleshoot agency systems and telephony issues and root cause analysis

The ideal Systems Engineer will have experience with databases, networks, upgrading software, troubleshooting. They will up to date on security protocols and be able to assist users when a suspicious email is received or request for sensitive information. Preference will be given to candidates with telephony experience and the ability to write scripts for internal functions

Avaya Aura Communications Manager, Enterprise Survivable Server, Elite Multichannel, Call Management System, System Manager, Session Managers
Experience creating systems and procedural documentation, and end user documentation
Experience with SAN & NAS systems (Dell preferable)
Experience in supporting and troubleshooting H.323 and/or SIP voice protocols in a production environment.
