Bachelors' degree in computer science, software engineering or business administration
Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology
Good experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA) and Internal Orders
Good experience in understanding on FICO integration with SAP modules MM and SD

Consulting services (pre-demand work with limited scope, effort estimations and technical solution design for requests for change referring to break-fixes and questions not limited to break-fixes)

Provide initial effort indications for IT Change Requests
Problem Management
Tasks Master Data Changes
Perform Audit support, QMS process and fast track
Incident Management, ticket-based dealing with operational problems
Standard regular monitoring tasks
Process monitoring, management of job monitoring
Coordination of application and platform health checks performed regularly on a quarterly base or as needed
Continued compliance assurance
Performs Service level management, Change management, Release and Deployment Management
