troubleshooting ISP connectivity, desktop, OS, VPN, authentication security remote issue over voice and chat.Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Voice Support (US, UK, Australia)
Minimum 1+ Years of experience in Technical Support (Troubleshooting Windows, Email, Internet)
Excellent Communication Skills with no Mother tongue influence
Shift timings: 5:30PM/6:30PM/7:30PM
