Job Description
A well-respected acute-care facility located near Des Moines, Iowa, in Fort Dodge, Iowa is seeking a full-time locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to fulfill a 13 or 26-week contract! Housing provided!
Pay Rate: $180.00 hourly (1099 or W2) - Time and a half for overtime hours!
CRNA:
1 in 5 weekdays on call, 1 in 7 weekend days on call
Weekly direct deposit!
5x8's; 7 am - 3 pm schedule
1099 or W2 payroll options
Discussing the surgery and recovery with the patient prior to the procedure
Preparing and administering the patient-specific amount of anesthesia needed for the procedure
Housing is fully provided, only half a mile from the facility!
Maintaining the patients anesthesia levels during surgery
Ensuring proper anesthesia recovery for patients until patients are transferred to care units
CRNA Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible with the NBCRNA
1+ year of post and pre OP experience required
Valid and unrestricted Iowa licenses required
Iowa Location
Tight-knit community only 90 minutes away from Des Moines, IA!
Town of 25,000 - not too big and not too small!
Nearby parks/trails and other outdoor recreation
Gyms, grocery stores, retail, dining, and entertainment options are available in town!
Acclaimed hospital with 50 - 70 staffed beds, this is a reasonably busy facility when at full capacity
