QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree.
Business-related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelors degree.
This individual will be detail oriented and analytical.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at a financial services firm or in an office setting.
Qualified individuals must be flexible and available during times of heavier processing and auditing at month/quarter-ends.
Skill and desire to work with spreadsheets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing and/or assisting in various business technology, marketing, compliance, as well as other project management duties.
Independently monitor and process a variety of daily changes and process requirements for aggregating data from multiple sources for a large set of accounts using various technologies and trackers.
Document processes and procedures for others to follow.
Recommend and implement solutions to data aggregation issues.
Prepare, consolidate and/or analyze periodic reports for management; identify, research, monitor, and report operational trends that affect business performance.
Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives, including seminars, presentations, firm conferences, etc.
Assist with the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Identify and present to management, business opportunities/improvements that positively affect customer satisfaction, employee efficiency and financial results.
Display a high degree of technical and professional competence
Display strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to make independent decisions and manage projects.
Assist with special studies/research requiring financial and operations analysis.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all clients and the firm business.
Assist in the completion of various duties and tasks as required.
