Responsibilities:

Develop functional design document for RPA development
Development of processes using Blue Prism v6.7, unit testing, prepare test scripts for SIT/UAT, perform SIT
Configure RPA based on business process and functional design documents
Involve key business and IT stakeholders to clarify the process, participate in process definition and for testing (User Acceptance)
Assess the process landscape, sorting processes by feasibility and potential for automation (in coordination with Process Expert)
Ensure that associated Robotics configuration methodologies and standards are followed
Provide immediate post-project support for the configured robots
Confirm robot readiness and ensure that new or changed robots satisfy readiness criteria for live deployment
Plan, direct and coordinate validation activities to ensure successful deployment of robots into production without impacting existing operations
Qualifications & Experience:

Overall 4+ years of exp, Must have (2+ years) hands on experience in Blue Prism v6.x
Bachelors degree
Blue Prism Developer certification is preferred
Experience in automation of SAP systems using Blue Prism
Experience is connecting through APIs to salesforce, ServiceNow and other systems is a plus
Experience working with Excel Macros
Experience working in VB, VB.Net or VBA scripting is preferred
Experience working in Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology
Understanding of Blue Prisms best practices, exception handling, logging mechanism
Experience working on OCR tools
Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Robotic Process Automation
Work well in a team environment
Have proven problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written and verbal directions given by leadership and senior level staff
Demonstrated experience being adaptable and willing to work on varying assignments within a team
Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills
Ability to work with internal customers to gather and understand requirements
Ability to work with other technical teams to accomplish a shared goal
Willingness to learn new tools
Knowledge of Power Automate, Blue Prism IDP (Decipher), Interact, Capture is plus
