For our Product Development (incl. UX Design) department, we are currently looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) PropTech in a permanent position in our office in Berlin-Ostkreuz or nationwide remotely.

Your contribution to our success story

As a Product Manager you are helping to digitize the customer journey of home buying. Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Continuous development of one of our consumer facing context(s) on our recently launched marketplace
• Cross-functional collaboration incl. business representatives (4-7 people)
• Setup and managing quarterly goals of your product context
• Make data oriented and user centric decisions to prioritize product development and develop feature ideas
• Understand user needs as well as business requirements to translate them into product requirements
• Analysis of industry/market trends, support of user research and in-depth exploration of internal data to support the strategy development and to make the product vision reality

These are your milestones so far

• 2+ years experience in product management field incl. all aspects of a successful product development cycle
• Good understanding of conversion optimisation
• Experience working in scrum/agile methodology
• Experience in building a new product is desirable
• Experience in operations and CRM is desirable
• Fluency in English expected, good command in German is desirable
• Passion for product development (web and mobile products) as well as exciting challenges in a fast growing environment
• Excellent prioritization, planning and problem-solving skills
• Analytic skills as well as well-structured and independent working style
• Initiative, reliability and open-mindedness regarding people, new tasks and transformative processes
