*Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing particularly in the event or festival sector
*High proficiency with Google Tag Manager Meta Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads
*Experience with metrics like cost per click cost per purchase and classic funnel metrics
*Creative skills for ad creation are a plus but not mandatory
*German: C1C2 proficiency required
*Team player ability to work autonomously careful and detailoriented
*Experience with the technical implementation of ads on various platforms
*Familiarity with performance marketing metrics
*Main responsibility for the marketing area
*Act as an interface with internal teams (management project & event management sponsorship/partners)
*Create and implement comprehensive and creative campaigns (both online and offline)
*Independently manage ads on platforms such as Meta TikTok Google and oversee their optimization
*Technical setup of Ads Manager accounts Pixels GTM etc.
*Coordinate posts across all channels and communicate clearly with the team when needed
