Job Description
- In-depth knowledge of Desktop Operating systems In-depth knowledge of standard desktop software.
- Knowledge of IT hardware components.
- Knowledge of client build technologies and software distribution.
- Working knowledge of networking and wireless troubleshooting Good knowledge of Windows Active Directory Users and Computer.
- Knowledge of Audio & Video equipment in combination with communication tools in a conference environment.
