(Senior) Service Designer (m/f/d)

You are the one we miss!

• We are looking for you, with contagious passion and enthusiasm for research, design thinking, innovation and technology
• Together with our interaction designers, you will create digital services that reach users emotionally - from the initial idea to the implementation
• You investigate user and customer motivation / behavior and derive archetypes, jobs to be done, customer journeys and service blueprints from them
• You have methodological skills and are confident in using design and collaboration tools (such as Figma, Miro), as well as a good feel for interaction and visual design
• You have the ability to build trust within the team and with clients, make well thought-out decisions, stand up for them, and present them in a resounding way (Keynote / PowerPoint)
• We are a digital agency - you probably know - therefore experience in this field or in an IT company would be an advantage
