Review and revise the social media strategy, keeping best practices for each platform in mind. The company is currently using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter, and they are open to adding (or deleting) platforms as suggested.
Implement the strategy on a day to day basis, once the strategy is agreed upon.
Create, measure, and report Metrics weekly (based on results agreed upon) for each platform (for example - what is the engagement rate, how many people have opted into a lead magnet that is offered, etc.).
