International Customer Service & Sales Associate - French

Tasks

• - Handling daily order entry, processing and expedition of orders
  - Monitoring production statuses
  - Responding to customer requests and inquiries
  - Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department
  - Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin and export freight terms
  - Assisting the international sales team with various functions

Requirements

• - Excellent verbal and written skills in French and fluency in English
  - Knowledge of German is a plus
  - Bachelor's degree or similar educational background
  - At least 1 year of international customer service experience
  - Good organisation and capability of handling a variety of issues and assignments
