Hybrid Customer Service Representative mfd with French - Backoffice

Start date: flexible Location: Hybrid in BerlinKreuzberg Weekly hours: 20 h

Working hours: Mon Fri between 09:00 AM 05:45 PM

Salary: Fixed salary 1.076 /month at 20h/week language bonus 50 /month performance bonus up to 100 /month) home office allowance 30 /month

Tasks

• Answering chat and email inquiries from our Frenchspeaking customer base no telephony!
• Expert advice on highchairs pushchairs and the rest of the Stokke range no sales!
• Answering shipping and invoicing questions
• Updating articles in our customer database

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C2 level)
• English at least B2
• Interest in Stokke products and possibly already some experience with them
• Customer and serviceorientated way of working
• Work permit for Germany
