Human Resources Manager (m/f/x) - Central Slovakia

Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal packaging for clients in FMCG, pharma, cosmetics & other industries and is part of a diversified international group. The plant, located in Central Slovakia, is a state-of-the-art facility. Due to expansion to accommodate increasing output volumes we are currently searching for a Human Resources Manager.

Tasks

• Staff & Management Recruitment
• HR Administration, including contract labour
• Lead Health, Safety & Environment-Team
• Supervise in-house payroll
• HR budget & forecast process
• Employees training & development
• Drive the people engagement & employer branding process
• Manage the collective bargaining process

Requirements

• Proven & tested HR professional with min 5 years managerial experience
• Familiar with the industrial production environment, ideally metal or automotive background
• Affinity to internationally owned companies and organisational / reporting structures
• Familiar with the HSE agenda & tasks
• Solid understanding of budgets & planning
• Collective bargaining & unionized labour experience
• Convincing communicator & motivator
• Fluent in English, Slovak native speaker
• Personally mobile

Organisation

• Reporting to Plant Director
• Direct reports Team of 4 staff
