David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Resourcing Strategist to join our clients growing family in Slovakia. This role is perfect for a strong resourcing consultant with indepth knowledge of the Slovak market and surrounding border countries. The ideal candidate will ignite passion within our recruitment team (Slovakia/Spain) drive innovation and develop creative solutions across marketing and ROI elements. The ultimate goal is to leave us with a blueprint model for success.
Position: Resourcing Strategist
Location: Bratislava Slovakia

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic resourcing plans tailored to the Slovak market and surrounding border countries.
- Inspire and motivate the resourcing team fostering a culture of innovation and creative thinking.
- Conduct market analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the local and neighboring markets.
- Optimise marketing strategies to improve candidate attraction and ROI.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align resourcing strategies accordingly.
- Design and deliver training sessions to enhance the teams capabilities and knowledge.
- Create a comprehensive blueprint model for sustainable success in resourcing efforts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of resourcing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English.
- Extensive knowledge of the Slovak labor market and surrounding border countries.
- Proven experience in a highvolume recruitment environment preferably within an Agency RPO SSC or BPO setting.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing and ROI elements.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in leading and training resourcing teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results within a set timeframe.
