Job Description
Are you a highly organized and detailoriented professional with a passion for streamlining operations and driving project success Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager for Operations Projects and play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and effectiveness. In this role you will oversee and manage a variety of operational projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Your ability to lead crossfunctional teams implement best practices and drive continuous improvement will be critical to our success. Tasks
- Lead multiple global highvolume manufacturing projects (focus is on reduction and technology transfer from our pilot line in Switzerland to Slovakia) in close collaboration with sales team engineering team and internal operations
- Coordination of transfer timeline deliveries and close follow through of meeting these targets from R&D exit to volume Manufacturing ramp
- Manage the critical path of the project and key project risks
- Owns the longrange transfer roadmap and aligns it with R&D and Operations internally
- Regularly briefing of internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones
- Reports to Head of Operations Switzerland
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering mechanical engineering manufacturing technologies industrial engineering natural science or related fields
- 5 years of industrial experience with 2 years in project management in high tech or automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability to think multidimensional when planning and managing teams and projects
- Good MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills across departments and locations handson and pragmatic
- Strong team player to connect the stakeholders in a demanding environment.
- Ready to travel up to 20%
- English proficiency
