Required
Associate degree in business or other related discipline, plus 2 years HR/personnel or accounts payable administrative experience in a large organization, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Experience in independent work with minimal supervision and support large teams.
Experience successfully completing multi-task projects on time in a high-pressured environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, etc.) and internet browsers.
This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or human resources administration or other appropriate discipline, plus 5 years HR/personnel administrative or accounts payable experience in a large organization, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Work experience in a large health care, foodservice, or retail settings.
Experience in recruitment, job descriptions, task analysis, compensation, performance evaluations, benefits and payroll programs.
Experience in employee training or making oral and written presentations.
Proficiency in payroll, and accounts payable systems.
Experience to maintain accurate information across multiple systems and documents to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
