Digital Marketing Manager - China (f/m/d)

China represents one of our core markets at xChange. As our Digital Marketing Manager - China you will be the go-to person for digital demand generation China at xChange. You will focus on performance marketing, and support conversion rate optimization of China website and execute email marketing campaigns in China.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell

• Own strategy and manage execution of paid search campaigns in existing channels (Baidu) & evaluate new channels such as Bing, Sogou and paid social across all products
• Day-to-day campaign management: keyword list, ad copywriting, landing pages
• Own test roadmap across the different funnel steps (targeting, ad copy, landing pages) and run A/B tests across products and platforms
• Measure success of paid search campaign and continuously optimise campaigns
• Drive development of China website to support China overall business goals
• Build new landing pages/features, optimise existing webpages, contents, and settings to be localized according to China customer behavior and SEO
• Work closely with global email marketing manager to manage and build up email marketing activities to boost lead generation and customer retention to achieve overall China goal

Requirements

What we are looking for?

• Several years experience in digital marketing and demand generation
• Strong experience in performance marketing, proven record of successfully build, manage, and optimize paid ads/campaigns
• Proficiency in Chinese (mandarin) at a native level
• Fluent in English at business level
• Experience in China paid ads such as Baidu, Bing and paid social is a plus
• Previous experience in website optimization and email marketing
• Experience in a B2B SaaS/Tech/Marketplace environment is a plus
• Proficiency in data analytics such as Baidu tongji, Baidu Fengchao, and Google analytics to identify trends and insights to improve performance
• Located in Hamburg or work remotely from Europe

What to expect

• Close collaboration with global Performance marketing manager on paid ads and campaigns
• Sync with Global CRO Manager to implement A/B tests, optimize CTAs, analyse funnel metrics, qualitative data and KPI reports to increase conversion rate
• Maintain good level of technical and on-page SEO of China website (crawlability, internal linking, page speed) in close collaboration with agency and global team
• Work together with global Senior email marketing manage in planning, implementation and control of multi-level personalised email marketing campaigns in China along the customer journey and CRM measures
