Your role and goals

As an integral part of the Strategic Partner and Global Alliances Team, you will lead the partnership strategy and execution within EMEA, with the goal of exceeding Productup s partner revenue and growth targets for targeted partner relationships. You will help build our momentum in the strategic accounts space by recruiting, collaborating and enabling System Integrators, ISVs, Digital agencies and PoP.

You will also have the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale, working with a team that solves complex challenges for Productsup customers and partners. This role will focus on developing joint solutions, driving sales and marketing alignment, as well as developing joint marketing collateral, enablement, and supporting joint selling and other partner activities.

In your first 3 months you will:

  • Be a certified user of our Productsup platform
  • Get to know our product portfolio and the global market, target group and competitive landscape
  • Be fluent in the Partner Portal and other tools and get assigned partners active on it
  • Develop a joint value proposition for all top partnerships to increase revenue from new and existing partners
  • Sell and support all aspects of Productsup Partner Program
  • Engage and support the sales teams in their collaboration with partners
  • Get to know the wider organisation and all its stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, to Product and Solution Architects.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

  • Actively lead and drive recruitment of new EMEA partners and manage the relationship with assigned partners
  • Report back proactively on progress and agreed KPI s
  • Build and effectively manage strong pipeline of end user opportunities resulting from our partner activity
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the ecosystem s landscape and emerging business trends at both global and regional levels, identify emerging disruptors and ensure internal awareness (e.g. by sharing market insights)
  • Capture and communicate market intelligence, best practices and partner feedback
  • Be a Productsup Ambassador and represent us at public speaking opportunities, large bids, events and other customer/partner forums as required.

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years professional experience in channel sales, product management, business development or similar roles in the cloud, SaaS and/or e-commerce industry in Europe
  • 2-3 years experience as a Alliance, Channel or Partner Manager is highly preferred
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer and partner service and driving our partners and customers business success
  • Strong commercial relationship building skills and business acumen
  • Experience as a SaaS Account Executive role is a plus
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Flexible and results oriented attitude
  • Ability to travel when required
