Software Engineer Tool Development (m/f/x)

Project description:

To support our team at our customer in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a Tools Developer (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does this sound interesting? Then we are looking forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Creation of requirements for software tools (e.g. IDE plug-ins, code generators)
• Development of software applications in C# or Java in Windows environment
• Qualification of the applications according to DO-178C / DO-330
• Execution of unit tests
• Creating the corresponding documentation
• Coordinating the content and timing of tasks in an agile team

Skills:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or similar qualification
• Good programming skills in C# and/or Java
• Practical experience in Python, CAPL, Matlab or the Vector Toolchain
• Experience with IBM Polarion and/or SVN
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as ability to work in a team
• Fluent English as well as solid German skills (min. B1 listening comprehension) another plus is
• Professional experience in the development of software tools
• Hands-on experience with UML, XML (XSD, XSLT, etc.) or metamodeling
• Knowledge of processes and standards for safety critical software (e.g. ISO26262, DO-178, MIL-STD, ASPICE, etc.)
