As Team Lead Marketing B2B (f/m/x) you develop our B2B marketing strategy and own the implementation of all marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate B2B leads for our novel data platform Permea. You also provide disciplinary and technical leadership for online- and content marketing and manage to run best-performing marketing campaigns to acquire highly qualified leads that can be converted into paid customers by our sales team. By the way: Currently we have three offerings for our customers. Permea Data Monitors, Permea Data Monitors including data generation throughout the Temedica Apps and Permea Insights (unique research and consulting based on our Data Lake). The Data Lake itself is fueled by various barter cooperations (e.g., ERP providers of pharmacies for subscription data), research institutions and medical doctors (for therapy and treatment data) combined with unique social listening measures.

Your Role with us

  • You execute all strategies, the positioning and go-to-market messaging to drive B2B market awareness and new customer acquisition (mainly within the Pharma- & LifeScience industry).
  • You lead your team of online marketing-, content and event managers, with whom you bring lead generation campaigns in effective action to drive Permea s growth in line with our sales targets.
  • With your team you identify buyer personas and buying criteria to develop product messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas, manage implementations for case studies, press releases and testimonials.
  • You re in charge of budget planning as well as monitoring and evaluating your team s KPIs.

What you bring to the table

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing within a fast-paced environment and know how to generate relevant B2B leads for products requiring in-depth explanations. We d be lying if experience in B2B SaaS or the Tech Industry wasn t a plus.
  • You have gathered first experience in leading a marketing team.
  • You know how to translate KPI-driven B2B marketing strategies into successful online and offline campaigns.
  • You are capable of managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, E-Mail, Social Media or display advertising campaigns and know your ways around identifying target audiences.
  • You possess versatile Hubspot knowledge in marketing, sales, service or CMS.
  • You speak German and English on C1 level.
