ABOUT US

We are an innovative start-up that has just completed a sizeable pre-seed round and is already preparing the next one. We are building a digital learning platform for doctors to make knowledge more accessible and usable for them.

DOCTORFLIX's experienced team of founders consists of a doctor with in-depth industry knowledge and a tech-savvy entrepreneur with a product and finance background. We want to continue our rapid growth trajectory and make digital knowledge sharing as easy as possible. As one of our first members, you will directly shape our expansion and the growth of our company.

Tasks

THE ROLE

• You will take responsibility from day one and work closely with the operations team in producing first class medical education
• You will record educational courses and be responsible for picture, sound, colour grading and lighting
• You will be responsible for the entire post production
• You want to use this position to prove yourself in a high performance environment and get a long term start in a young, fast growing company

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• You have already gained valuable experience in the production of videos. You are especially familiar with working with green screens
• You are an expert at working with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci resolve or other common video editing software
• You are very good at dynamically adjusting your priorities to coordinate multiple projects at once
• You are willing to think outside the box, have a hands-on mentality and get excited about the latest tools and technology
• You are willing to try new things and are not afraid of falling flat on your face
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges
• You are fluent in English and German
