YOUR TASKS

You will be building the foundations of Product Marketing, your work will not only have a direct impact on the future of the Procuros Platform, but also on our long-term growth goals. As our Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x), you will develop the best messaging and content to resonate with a buyer s journey from product consideration to trial to purchase to expansion.

Tasks will include:

• Develop targeted messaging and positioning for key moments in the customer lifecycle that are informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
• Map out and understand the user journey, and lead efforts to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention at each stage of the funnel.
• Create sales and customer-facing data sheets, promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, brochures, videos, webinars, and product assets, ensuring that product value propositions are clearly and effectively communicated.
• Lead product launches develop the go-to-market strategies and work cross-functionally to drive adoption in key markets.
• Conduct market and competitive research, gather sales feedback, and interview customers to develop a deep understanding of our key personas and industries

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a master storyteller with a proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
• You are a person excited to lay the groundwork to scale product marketing in a fast-paced environment
• Your superpower is to translate complex products into simple solutions
• 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience and 3+ years of SaaS experience preferred
• A Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field required
• You are proficient in German and English
• Previous early-stage startup experience preferred
