Working Student - People & Operations (German Speaking)

We are looking for a Working Student in Operations, People and Special Projects that can support our team across all departments in the company.

This position is ideal for candidates with an interest in technology, operations and project management. Additional points if you have already previous experience in startups, e-commerce or consulting.

Tasks

You will be in supporting us in the execution of multiple tasks and projects across the whole organization across all departments such as:

• Supporting the Executive Team in the documentation and Project Management of the existing projects.
• Supporting the HR team in the evaluation of candidates, contract and document management, onboarding and offboarding.
• Supporting the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for different departments in the company.
• Contribute to the creation and tracking of KPIs and performance dashboards and extracting insights from the analysis of such data.
• Supporting the purchase of equipment, supplies and services for the different departments.
• Supporting and troubleshooting current ongoing projects across different departments.

Requirements

• Languages: German (Full Working Proficiency/Native) and English (Advanced/Native), additional languages are a plus.
• Technology affine with knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, BI Tools, Project Management Tools and Accounting Software.
• Work location: Berlin.
• Hands-on attitude, if there needs to be work done, it will be done.
• Great communication skills (verbal and written) especially in German.
• A creative forward thinker with high self-awareness.
• High flexibility, ability to work under pressure, self-accountability.
