Our herd is looking for an entrepreneurial-driven Sales Enablement Program professional to run enablement programs for the Sales org. In Enablement, we re people supporting people. The Sales Enablement Program Manager will report to and collaborate closely with our Global Head of Sales Enablement to create, instill, maintain and manage sales enablement programs to achieve common goals and drive this to success.
Your challenges
- Analyze gaps within sales org, propose sales enablement programs, own outcomes and iterate as needed
- Identify go-to-market gaps and ensure program implementations
- Become proficient in pre-existing onboarding programs, identify areas for immediate improvement and work together with the Head of Sales Enablement to ensure deliverables are impactful and relevant
- Work closely with the Sales teams to continue to build out and enhance the continuous learning paths for our global sales teams
- Coordinate meetings where you proficiently lead subject matter experts to capture best practices, insight, and knowledge transfer when building out any new session, program, or portfolio
Your profile
- 4+ years experience in Sales Enablement with creation and delivery of training programs, including content creation, Sales career progression paths, and metrics reporting (this could be corporate training or enablement roles)
- Super data-driven and metric-orientated. Organised and with strong project and program management skills
- Experience managing and delivering content remotely including utilization of an LMS (e.g. Docebo, Cornerstone, Absorb)
- Experience working directly with sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Asana) to monitor and measure the adoption of knowledge and practices delivered in training
- You re someone who thrives from making a positive impact and who will ensure that sales enablement programs are valuable for the Global Head of Sales Enablement to be able to focus on other sales enablement strategies
- Strategic thinker and someone who loves a puzzle, translating concepts into specific initiatives, managing and implementing them successfully
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and presentation skills and an understanding of adult learning theory
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build trust, influence, build and maintain relationships across organisations, partners, and cultures
- Prior experience in direct selling or a sales capacity and/or familiarity with buyer personas/markets are a plus
- Excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus
