- Providing excellent service at all retail touchpoints
- Boosting revenue and optimizing all capital to meet KPIs
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you ll be doing:
Customer Servicing
- Drives sales through active engagement of customers, sharing product knowledge, explaining and demonstrating the different functions and features of the products
- Discover customers' needs and introduce different products and/or value-added services accordingly
- Stay on top of the latest updates or developments on products, features or marketing/sales initiatives
- Provide an excellent customer journey and experience for all customers
P&L Management
- Take ownership of stock take results
- Manage ageing and returns and a healthy product mix based on sales trend
- Management of supplies (Purchase Orders, Receipts and Returns)
Reports and Operational tasks
- Effective rostering to maximize the productivity of all sales staff
- Keep track of team daily roster, MC and annual leave records
Online Sales
- Manage Groupbuys
- Attending to sales calls
What we're looking for
- Min Diploma/Higher Nitec in Business Management
- Min 1 year of retail operations experience in a similar capacity.
- Bonus if you have experience in the furniture industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Working day: 6 days per week including Sat or Sun
