Review documents & preparation of applications
Maintain knowledge of changes & updates in visa policies
Prepare applications for skills Assessment
Submitting/uploading an online visa application while adding papers for a clients application.
Assist Immigration Head with inquiries, document gathering, writing, data checking, and visa application preparation.
Maintaining client folders in accordance with compliance requirements will guarantee that client spreadsheets and information/records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person, respond to their questions, and provide them updates on their applications.
Attend any training classes offered by the organisation or the migration agency to update your job skills.
Handle Customer queries in a timely , and update in CRM Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
Minimum 1 to 3 years experience
Candidate Must have a strong knowledge about Australia Visa Rules & Regulations
Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
