Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
Track customer proposals through to conversion
Requirements
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- For ADM at least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- For ADMs- prior experience of BFSI sector is must
- Must be localite
- Age between 25 years to 38 years
- Must have two wheeler
