Job Description

Position Title: PCMS Data Administrator
Number of open positions: 1
Pay Rate: $40/hr (max rate)
Assignment Length: 12 months
Estimated hours per week: 40 hours
Work Schedule: Hybrid: M-F, 3 days in Katy Fwy office, 2 remote
Temp to Hire (Y/N): Yes

Mechanical Integrity PCMS Data Administrator Job Profile

Ground floor opportunity to be part of the Mechanical Integrity team, implementing the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program forLarge Industries. The group manages the deployment of MI and routine inspection of static equipment and piping within the US based facilities. Besides managing routine inspections and TAR support, the MI team is pursuing a number of MI initiatives as part of a 5 year plan to grow the program to maturity. The MI program includes process safety managed (PSM) facilities as well as Non PSM facilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PCMS and Maximo software and be able to organize the MI documents, inspection reports and work orders.

Job Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain MI data in PCMS and Maximo
Facilitate MI planning and future forecasting of inspection activities
Conduct meetings with MI vendors and facilities to go over MI data received, data deficiencies and resolutions
Work with facilities and vendors on MI RFQ s and obtain quotations
Ability to work well with others in a small team environment with multiple responsibilities.
Ability to multi-task and keep the process moving forward rapidly by performing tasks in parallel.
Process Maximo Work Orders and PM s associated with the MI Program
Desire to grow in the role and work towards becoming a PCMS super user

Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise:
Proficient at using PCMS software including data entry, data validation, reports and future work orders.
Proficient in the use of computers and PC software.
Ability to read a P&ID, mechanical and electrical drawings.
Knowledge of standard process equipment, such as vessels, exchangers, tanks, piping, compressors, pumps, fans, etc. design and operation.
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; Google Meet; Gmail; folder sharing and information protection a plus.
Familiarity with API standards a plus
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Excellent organization skills.

Physical Requirements:
Office work includes the use of computers, multiple monitors, and telephone.
Ability to wear PPE required for the job during occasional facility visits.

Education and Experience:
Data Management and PCMS software experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Min 3 years of PCMS or related Mechanical Integrity software experience
MI, RBI experience a plus
CMMS/EAM experience a plus
